If you prefer to check off as many places as possible in a short time, this may not be the best fit.

Room options

We offer two accommodation options to suit your travel style and comfort needs:

1. Single Occupancy Rooms: If you treasure privacy, are a light sleeper, or have specific sleep-related preferences, this is the ideal choice for you. Our single rooms provide a tranquil, personal environment, typically featuring a queen or king-size bed. This option is particularly recommended for those who may be sensitive to noises like snoring, or who prefer not to be disturbed.

2. Double Occupancy Rooms: This budget-friendly option allows travelers to share a room with another trip participant. We always aim for rooms with two twin or queen beds. However, due to varying global hotel standards, we cannot guarantee the availability of two separate beds in every location. There is a possibility of needing to share a bed. We emphasize that if you have concerns about sharing sleeping space, particularly if you are a light sleeper or have specific needs or sensitivities, it's advisable to choose a single room or upgrade your booking promptly. This ensures we can accommodate your request for an additional room, as we are unable to make changes to rooming arrangements during the trip.

For guests traveling alone, Haitian Nomad offers the option to book double occupancy accommodations at a lower cost by sharing a room with another solo traveler. While we do our best to pair guests with a roommate of the same gender, we cannot guarantee same-gender pairings, as this depends entirely on the rooming mix of the group.

If you prefer not to share a room with someone of the opposite gender, we strongly recommend selecting the single occupancy option at the time of booking to ensure your privacy and comfort.

By selecting a double occupancy option, you acknowledge and accept that your roommate may be of a different gender if no same-gender pairing is available.

Our goal is to provide every guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience — and having clarity about rooming expectations helps us do just that.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable journey, please select your accommodation type based on your personal comfort requirements and sleeping habits. Our aim is to provide a memorable and hassle-free travel experience for all our guests!

Tipping

The Importance of Tipping

In Countries like this, tipping is more than just a gesture of appreciation; it's a crucial support to the local economy and a meaningful way to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of those who help make our trip memorable. The service staff, from drivers to restaurant servers, often go above and beyond to ensure we have an exceptional experience.  Many locals depend on tourism for their livelihood, tips can significantly impact their well-being and ability to support their families.

Understanding this, we have established a collective tipping system to ensure fair and generous compensation for the services we receive. On the first day of our trip, we will collect a total of USD 350 from each participant. This amount is carefully calculated to cover all tipping needs throughout the week, including drivers, baggage handlers, and restaurant servers/staff etc .

This approach has several benefits:

1. Fair Distribution: It ensures that all service providers are fairly and adequately compensated for their efforts.

2. Convenience for Travelers: You won't have to worry about carrying change or figuring out the appropriate amount to tip for different services.

3. Solidarity and Support: It reflects our group's solidarity and support for the local community, recognizing the importance of their contributions to our travel experience.

By pooling our tips in this manner, we not only simplify the process for our guests but also make a meaningful contribution to the local economy. It's a way of saying 'thank you' and giving back to the people who work tirelessly to make our stay in Rwanda a truly remarkable and unforgettable experience.

This magnificent red sandstone fortress served as the primary residence of the Mughal emperors until 1638, when the imperial capital was moved from Agra to Delhi.

Inside its towering walls lies a remarkable complex of palaces, audience halls, mosques, and courtyards, each reflecting the grandeur and sophistication of Mughal architecture. As we explore the fort, you’ll learn about the powerful rulers who once governed the empire from here, as well as the fascinating history tied to this extraordinary site—including its connection to the Taj Mahal itself.

Sightseeing

March 25: In the evening, we’ll head to the peaceful gardens of Mehtab Bagh, a historic Mughal garden located directly across the Yamuna River from the Taj Mahal.

Often referred to as the “Moonlight Garden,” Mehtab Bagh was originally designed as part of the Taj Mahal’s grand garden complex. Its perfectly aligned pathways and landscaped terraces were intentionally placed to create one of the most breathtaking viewpoints of the Taj Mahal.

From here, you’ll enjoy a stunning panoramic perspective of both the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, with the Yamuna River flowing quietly between them. As the evening light softens, the marble of the Taj Mahal takes on a warm glow, creating a peaceful and almost dreamlike scene.

This tranquil setting offers a wonderful moment to pause, take photographs, and admire one of the world’s most celebrated monuments from a uniquely beautiful vantage point before returning to the hotel.

Upon arrival in Delhi, we’ll check into the modern and conveniently located JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity. Situated in the upscale Aerocity district just minutes from the airport, the hotel offers a stylish and comfortable setting to unwind before departure.

After checking in, you may choose to relax at the hotel, enjoy its amenities, indulge in a spa treatment, or explore the nearby cafés and shops of Aerocity at your own pace. This relaxed evening provides the perfect opportunity to wind down after an unforgettable journey through India.
